Q: Hi My partner and I are looking to do your 7 day package to San Francisco and Las Vegas. We will have already been staying in LA for a week prior to joining this tour so do we need to make our way to LAX for pick-up or are we able to be picked up from another location?

You can arrange at pick up time at LAX with us or you may choose to self transfer to the first night hotel accommodation on your own. We can confirm the hotel for your after your tour is confirmed, the usual hotel that we book is that Holiday Inn La Mirada. Please note you arrival information under the comments section when completing your reservation.

Q: I would like to start the tour on Dec 26 so that the tours will finished Dec 31. Does Universal Studio close early on Dec 31 though? I would like to extend my stay until Jan 1 to see the Rose Parade. How far is it from you suggested hotel to the Rose Parade? Is there any bus service to go the Parade? View answers (1) A: |

Universal Studios park hours for Dec 31 are 9:00 am - 8:00 pm. Please note that park schedules are subject to change as will the order of the tour, so please include a request when booking that you want to schedule Universal Studios for the last day of your tour.
The drive time from the hotel booked as part of the package to the Rose Bowl / Rose Parade is estimated at 40-50 minutes but the hotel does not provide any kind of shuttle service there so taking a taxi is advised.

An optional night tour is not usually provided in Day 1, but you can inquire with the tour escort on the first day if this can be arranged. The best and safest way to get around in Los Angeles if by taxi.

Q: Hello! I'm sure I read somewhere that if I needed a hotel the night before the tour starting date, you could book it for me and I'd get free airport-hotel transfer. Am I wrong? The hotel is: Holiday Inn Select La Mirada. Secondly, could you arrange for an airport drop off after the tour or maybe you have specials for booking one more night (extention night) with hotel-airport transfer? We can assist with your hotel extension, you would request for a hotel extension under the comment section when you are completing your booking. Please note that we do not offer airport transfers for this tour. Even with the hotel extension we do not offer this service. If you would like an airport transfer, be contact us for a quote.

The major differences between both tours are the prices, the accomodations booked for the tour, and the pickup locations. Please also note that the USLA2-232 tour offers the buy 2 get 1 free promotion and the USLA5-233 tour does not.

This USLA5-2269 does provide one night stay in the West Grand Canyon, and one night in Las Vegas, however, the departure dates for this tour for the year 2011 has not yet been decided. Please check back around November for updated departure dates.

The Buy 2 Get 1 Free offer only applies to 3 passengers staying in one room. All passengers (including the free passenger) will need to pay all mandatory and optional tour fees.
The approximate stay in Grand Canyon South Rim is around 1-2 hours, depending on weather and road conditions.Package Includes- Complimentary pick-up and drop-off to chosen location (see Pick-up Time and Locations)

This offer is for this tour and Grand Canyon South Rim portion only (This does NOT apply to Grand Canyon West Rim tours).
